5. Merchant Responsibilities

Users are fully responsible for the products, services, content, pricing, inventory, customer interactions, taxes, legal compliance, and business operations conducted through their online stores.

6. Payment Gateway Responsibility

Storexa does not process customer payments on behalf of merchants. Users are required to create and manage their own payment gateway accounts. All customer payments are received directly by the merchant through their chosen payment provider.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Selling prohibited or restricted products
• Copyright infringement
• Spamming or abusive practices
• Distribution of malware or harmful software
• Violating local, national, or international laws

8. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, branding, trademarks, designs, and platform assets belong exclusively to Storexa. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain reliable service, Storexa does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may occasionally be affected by maintenance, updates, server issues, or unforeseen technical circumstances.

10. Suspension & Termination

Storexa reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activities, or pose risks to the platform or other users.

11. Limitation of Liability

Storexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or data.
